Catalyst

CATALYST is a one-day REAL experience program that will be hosted on September 20th‚Äč in the Lory Student Center. This program is for participants who are interested in challenging themselves to go deeper, wider, and farther out in their definition of who they are and where they can have an impact.

Being a REAL Catalyst' is a one-day experience that provides participants with multiple avenues to explore their own interest areas around growth and leadership. Throughout the day, participants will have the opportunity to attend  a wide variety of workshops that focus on assisting students in identifying their strengths, recognizing the talents of members in their community and reflecting on how they can develop their knowledge into action.

This year's Catalyst conference will focus on the topics of personal foundations, leadership skills, organizational leadership and community engagement. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with guest speakers and panelists, select workshops to attend based on their interests and enjoy lunch, among other activities. Workshops attended can be used towards the completion of a REAL leadership certificate.

Applications will be available on July 15th.
